Smithsonian National Zoo Stormwater Rehabilitation

Client: Smithsonian National Zoo/ Gaghan Mechanical

CW & Sons was contracted to rebuild and expand the stormwater management system with reinforced concrete pipe and rip rap installation, and repair of a sunken parking lot by repairing the eroded sub-base, repaving, and striping. This project involved coordination with Smithsonian staff as well as maintaining a safe environment to protect zoo visitors.
