We partnered with Avalon Bay to complete electrical and communication infrastructure for there new apartment buildings. Installing Transformer Pads, 15 & 12-way duct bank packages, and PECO transformer vaults.
801 Virginia Avenue, Pollin Townhomes – Bozzuto
CW & Sons assisted Bozzuto complete numerous multi-family buildings. Our support including demolition, utility abandonment, final grading, storm, water, sewer, electrical, communication, final asphalt, paver and concrete work.
295 Pipe Shift, Buzzard to Waterfront, DC Village, Mass Ave – WA Chester
WA Chester and CW & Sons have been working together for the better part of 10 years. Our support has included a number of tasks from open cut excavations, duct bank installation, pipe type feeder support, freeze pits, freeze pit sheds, buried splice locating/ shoring, manhole support, cast-in-place manholes, and numerous other tasks in relation to Transmission, XLPE, and Pipe Type feeders.
Bells Mill Oil Houses, Pumping Plant Replacement – Underground Systems, Inc. (USI)
USI contracted CW & Sons to facilitate excavation around several buried oil tanks within active substations. These tanks required large excavations to uncover them entirely, while around several utilities connected to and around the buried tanks. In addition, we installed concrete pads for transformers and other electrical equipment. We installed new Plastibeton cable troughs throughout an active substation.
